Sleeping Tips for the wide awake Entrepreneur
Studies show that getting the proper amount of sleep is essential to your physical and mental well-being. In most traditional careers, where you have scheduled hours of work, this is not much of a problem; the alarm clock gets you up, and The Late Show puts you to bed. As an entrepreneur, however, you basically create your own schedule each day. This gives you unlimited flexibility to make the most of each day, but it can also be a trap. Consistently working late and then getting out of bed at the crack of dawn may seem like an efficient use of your time as it appears to give you more time to accomplish all that you want. But sooner or later, sleep deprivation catches up with even the most energized entrepreneurs.
